A wanted to create something to gift to her teacher this Christmas. After a lot of thinking, she decided to make something that reflects her teacher’s love of books and the cozy reading nooks in her classroom: Alice in Wonderland pillows!
We got this hard-to-find fabric from Alewives Fabrics. The Rifle Paper Company print is lovely and includes the Anna Bond illustrations of Alice in Wonderland.
A trusted me to the sizing and cutting and snaps, but she sewed up everything herself! She was so proud to turn them right-side-out and stuff the pillows in. I know she’ll be giving a gift of handmade love to her teacher this year.
